An awesome idea all in all, but I can already see huge setbacks. If you read all of the article you notice many things that make it very hard to use at first. Even with government rebates most people probably don't have an extra $5000 dollars to spend. There's also the fact that it's "currently illegal" to run a car on ethanol only in the United States.
But at least it is a step closer.
